Stretch & Flow
Adult Core & Stretch
A balanced class designed to strengthen your core while improving flexibility and mobility. You’ll move through controlled core exercises followed by a series of deep, guided stretches to release tension and support healthy movement. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to build stability, reduce stiffness, and feel strong and refreshed.
Lyrical Jazz & Conditioning
Movement, strength, and expression for adults.
A fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, this class begins with a conditioning warm-up to improve core strength, alignment, and flexibility.
