Barre Fit & Flow
Tone, strengthen, and find your flow.
This low-impact workout blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training and yoga stretches. Using a ballet barre, participants perform isometric exercises to deeply tone muscles, then move into flowing sequences that enhance posture, flexibility, and balance. It’s ideal for improving overall body strength without putting strain on the joints.
Lyrical Jazz & Conditioning
Movement, strength, and expression for adults.
A fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, this class begins with a conditioning warm-up to improve core strength, alignment, and flexibility.
