Teen Gym Gymnastics Class

Our Teen Gym is designed to help teenagers and young adults stay active in a collaborative, sociable environment. Open to children between the ages of 13 and 18, this recreational gymnastics class encourages its students to improve or maintain their levels of fitness and functional strength. The class will also develop their social skills by fostering a team mentality in which classmates learn to encourage and motivate one another.

Ultimately, this class provides students with an outlet to make constructive use of their free time. They’ll develop new skills, get some proper exercise and have fun with their friends (away from their screens). The 13+ Recreational Gymnastics Class is also a great precursor for our adult classes, which are open to anyone aged 18 or above. See below for more details.
