Recreational Gymnastics Class
10+ years: 60 minutes
Open to boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 13, this one-hour recreational gymnastics class is a chance for older children to enjoy spending time with their friends in a fun, positive and active environment.
The class is open to children of all abilities, so it’s not a problem if your child has never taken part in a gymnastics class before. We’ve created an inclusive environment that caters to everyone, from complete beginners to those that have graduated from our 7+ gymnastics class. Our 10+ programme is designed to help children build their strength, confidence, fitness and agility in a stress-free setting.

Parental Notification
We have a drop & go system for all structured classes & parents must not stay & watch as it can be very distracting & inhibits a child’s progress. Children will not be allowed to join class if they are more than 5 minutes late due to the health & safety aspect of missing out on the warm up.
